January 1: Registration Opens
February 1: Practices may begin; All teams begin practice as notified by their coaches/clubs)
February 2: Coaches Trainings Course (10am to 12PM at Saint Ignatius High School - Magis Athletic Center)
February 23rd: Regular Registration Closes (Uniforms must be ordered)
March 3: Match Schedules Released
March 21st: Late Registration Closes
March 30: April 6, 13, 27, May 4 - Regular Season Match Dates
May 18: City Championships + Final Weekend of the Season
May 25: - State Championships (Cincinnati) - Only for qualifying U14 boys and girls; U12s and U11s
June 7-9: National Championships (Cleveland at Notre Dame College - u14 and u16 divisions available)

Refund Policy: In the unlikely event the 2025 season is cancelled on account of pandemic or other Acts of God, we will refund 95% of all fees paid to Rookie Rugby Cleveland. Fees will not be refunded for any matches cancelled due to inclement weather.
